Job description: NOT A SECURITY OFFICER POSITION
ALARM SERVICE TECHNICIAN: Installation, programming, service card access controls, CCTV, burglar alarm systems, fire alarm systems, and other electronic systems.
Technician will install, service, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair of said systems
Establish and maintain a positive relationship with customers, vendors, and co-workers etc
Must be able to read diagrams, submittals, specifications, reports, schematics, and operational product manuals
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 1.5 yr. experience with Alarm Security Systems, NICET certification a plus
A working knowledge of electrical schematics and circuitry
Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams, to include working with basic tools
This position is highly physical which requires regular use of hands, walking, climbing ladders, and kneeling. Must be capable to lift up to 50lbs and not afraid of heights
Motivated and self-starter
Able to work well with others
Valid driver's license / good driving record / willing to travel if required
Pre-Employment drug test and background screening will be required
