TODOS los candidatos DEBEN:
TENER ACTUALMENTE UNA TARJETA DE GUARDIA DE SEGURIDAD SIN ARMAS.
Tener 21 años o más.
Tener 1 año de experiencia consistente como guardia de seguridad. Se necesitan 3 años de experiencia en supermercados, centros médicos o patrullaje vehicular. Se valorará la experiencia militar.
Saber leer y escribir en inglés o español. Se prefieren personas bilingües. Contar con transporte y teléfono CONFIABLES.
Poder trabajar en un entorno libre de drogas.
Contar con diploma de preparatoria o equivalente. Información/Requisitos del puesto: Puesto: Supermercados/Tiendas de comestibles. Horario: 15:00-6:00 (HORARIO VARIABLE SEGÚN LA UBICACIÓN).
Este puesto es MUY VISIBLE y puede ser exigente física y mentalmente, y requiere que todo guardia de seguridad sea capaz de ayudar a mantener un entorno seguro y libre de drogas.
Es imprescindible contar con excelentes habilidades de atención al cliente y conocimientos básicos de las funciones de un guardia de seguridad.
Los guardias de seguridad caminarán o estarán de pie durante largos periodos de tiempo.
Los guardias de seguridad realizarán escoltas personales y brindarán apoyo de vigilancia.
Es imprescindible saber leer y escribir en inglés o español.
Los guardias de seguridad deben mantener la calma y tomar decisiones profesionales en situaciones estresantes. Tener los conocimientos y la capacidad para disuadir profesionalmente a vagabundos y/o ladrones de tiendas fuera de las instalaciones, así como advertir a las personas sobre cualquier discrepancia con las normas o regulaciones dentro o alrededor de los establecimientos.
Tener la capacidad de llamar a servicios médicos/de emergencia cuando sea necesario.
Se prefieren personas con horarios flexibles y/o con capacidad para trabajar horas extras.

This is a HIGHLY VISIBLE post that could be mentally/physically demanding and requires all security guard to have the ability to help maintain a drug free and safe environment.
Excellent customer service skills and the basic knowledge in the roles of a security guard is an absolute must.
Security Guards will be walking/standing for long periods of time.
Security Guards will be conducting personal escorts and providing overwatch support
Ability to read/write in english or espanol is a must
Security Guards must be able to remain calm and make professional decisions during stressful situations.
Have the knowledge and capability to professionally deter vagrants and/or shoplifters off facility premises, as well as warn persons of any rules or regulations discrepancies in or around the establishments.
Have the ability to call medical/emergency responses when needed
Individuals with flexible schedules and/or capable of working overtime are preferred
