Key Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct interior and exterior security patrols by foot, vehicle, or bicycle
Monitor the premises for unusual or suspicious activities
Screen and check visitors while maintaining a polite, professional demeanor
Secure doors, exits, and controlled-access areas
Stay connected through radio or company-issued mobile device
Respond immediately to emergencies, alarms, and incidents
Provide first aid or CPR when required (training available)
Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs
Assist with traffic and crowd control when necessary
Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and state regulations
Participate in paid training and maintain certifications
Handle additional responsibilities as assigned
