Job Details:
Pay: $18-$20 per hour
Schedules Available:

Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Part-Time: Flexible hours, to be discussed during interview
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Type: Standing position requiring ability to stand for long periods
Responsibilities:
Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
Interact with and manage situations involving homeless individuals
De-escalate conflicts calmly and professionally
Report incidents and maintain a safe environment
Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong communication and de-escalation skills
Comfortable working with diverse populations, including homeless individuals
Must pass background check
Previous security experience preferred but not required
Valid Arizona Guard Card REQUIRED
