Duties Include:
Renting out apartments
Assisting tenants with their needs
Meeting with prospective tenants to determine lease terms
Receiving security deposits
Coordinating with current tenants to discuss lease changes
Finding new tenants for their properties
Establishing a rapport with existing tenants and providing them with personalized service
Following up with prospective tenants
Taking tenants to view different properties
Communicating prices and terms to clients and negotiating sales and renewals
Discussing the leasing terms and agreements with the clients
Conducting property inspections
Identifying possible repairs in vacant units
Accepting Rents
Inputting work orders for repairs for existing residents
