We are seeking a motivated and energetic Appointment Setter to join our team at the Mesa Marketplace. As an appointment setter, you will engage with potential customers, generate leads, and schedule in-home consultations for our artificial grass and paver installation services. You will play a key role in growing our customer base and earning performance-based bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with marketplace visitors to generate interest in our products
- Set appointments for in-home consultations with our sales representatives
- Provide information and answer questions about our artificial grass and paver solutions
- Track and report leads and appointments
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work Friday through Sunday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Motivated to meet goals and earn performance bonuses

Compensation:
Base Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 8.5-hour shifts)
Weekly Pay: $510 per week
Bonuses:
Demo Bonus: $20 per appointment where the rep successfully schedules an in-home demo.
Sold Job Bonus: 1% of the gross sale. The average ticket is $10,500, with the average commission being $105 per sale.
