DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Promote the high quality Red Wing brand image through professional selling.
**Measure and fit every customer properly.
**Explain product features and benefits, as well as technical specs.
**Business development and marketing.
**Suggest appropriate accessories with every footwear purchase.
**Enter customer information and sales into POS, process payments, balance cash drawer.
**Take great pride and responsibility for overall store and personal appearance.
**Maintain the integrity of the sales floor presentation area.
**Know the strengths and weaknesses of competitors' products.
**Enthusiasm to provide the highest level of customer service.
**Motivation to reach and exceed individual and team sales goals.
ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES:
1+ Year Customer Service Experience
1+ Year Retail Sales Experience
Visual Display and Merchandising
Bilingual preferred, English and Spanish
Able to work at our East Phoenix store or Mesa store.
Excellent opportunity for advancement.
Lifting up to 50 pounds, bending while lacing shoes, climbing ladders.
Housekeeping duties including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping floors,
setting up and maintaining visual displays.
