Arizona Auto Parts is a busy auto recycler looking for a bilingual counter salesperson to join our team. If you have experience in auto parts sales, understand the importance of closing sales and upselling, and are motivated to succeed, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in person and over the phone with their auto parts needs.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Close sales effectively and engage in add-on sales to boost revenue.
Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with customers.
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
Experience in auto parts sales is a plus.
Ability to close sales and drive add-on sales.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Hourly pay to start, transitioning to commission.
