TEMPE AND SCOTTSDALE FULL-TIME SALES TEAM MEMBER
Pay Range : $50,000 to $60,000 or MUCH MORE depending on sales results at your store (no commission caps) and how many hours you work.
Store Location : Billiard Factory, 1746 w Ruby Drive, Suite 106 Tempe, AZ 85284 and Billiard Factory, 15090 N Northsight BLVD Suite 112, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 Your week will be split between these 2 locations. Must be able to work both locations.

We are seeking an experienced salesperson with high energy and who enjoys the challenge of closing the sale. Must have the ability to effectively communicate with our customers to educate them about our products, determine their needs and desires and help them design their ultimate game room. Must possess a positive can-do attitude, be detail oriented with a focus on customer service and have the ability and desire to learn our vast product line.
Description: Assist the Store Managers by helping lead all aspects of selling at your store while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience to all customers.
Essential Functions:
-SELL SELL SELL SELL
-Open / Close the store
-Greet customers as they walk in the door or on the phone
-Meets/exceeds monthly and annual sales goals for the store
-Full sales cycle for all of your store’s customers (presentation, close, payment, scheduling, and follow-up after delivery)
-Provide the best possible customer experience
-Assist other store sales associates close deals when appropriate and necessary
-Ensures visual presentation of the store meets or exceeds company standards
-Track and follow up with customers via our CRM tool
Requirements:
-At least 2 years of SELLING experience in a retail environment or similar, preferably in the furniture industry
-Excellent Communication
-Able to drive to Tempe and Scottsdale locations
Work Environment:
This position operates in a retail showroom environment and regularly uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, tablets and other office general equipment.
Physical Demands:
-This position requires the ability to sit, stand and/or walk up 8-hours throughout the work day.
-Lift and/or move furniture throughout the store or into a customer’s vehicle
-Unbox items from the storage room to place on sales floor as needed
-Able to squat or kneel under a pool table (or other) to show customers the quality construction of various furniture options
Expected Hours of Work:
-Requires up to 40 hours per week as a part of a standard retail schedule 10-6 M-Sat and 12-5 on Sun, weekends, and holidays. -Extra hours may also be necessary at times.
Compensation & Benefits:
-$50,000 - $60,000+ annual income depending on sales and hours worked.
-Base hourly rate of $19 per hour PLUS a 2.5% commission with NO CAP!
