About the Role
The Leadership Development Associate role is designed to provide hands-on training in leadership, client relations, and business operations. You’ll receive mentorship from experienced leaders, structured training, and opportunities for advancement into management. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Phoenix area.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain client relationships.
Support and coach team members to achieve goals.
Learn and apply company systems for training, reporting, and client service.
Track activity and results using Salesforce-based CRM.
Focus on client support, leadership development, and business growth.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
Experience in sales, customer service, or leadership is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).
