Crestwood General Contracting and Crestwood Electric are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Specialist to help drive growth across our divisions, including electrical, painting, drywall, and residential roofing services. If you’re a people person with strong business acumen and a desire to build relationships, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Prospect and call on general contractors, homeowners, realtors, and property managers to introduce our services
Generate and cultivate opportunities for electrical, painting, drywall, and residential roofing projects
Build and maintain long-term business relationships
Schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with potential clients
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Business acumen and a keen ability to understand client needs
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Clean background and drug-free
Must have reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $28,000 per year
Bonus potential: Paid each pay period based on performance
Benefits: Health ICRA account and 401k
Income potential: Up to $150,000 per year for a hardworking, dedicated individual
