Key Responsibilities:
The primary role of the Business Development Manager is growing the business. This is done through obtaining new leads, meeting with prospective clients, developing proposals and following up to close the sale.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Must be able to commute to/from East Valley -West Valley to meet with prospective clients
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Must possess strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft products.
Experience or familiarity with cleaning/janitorial is a plus.
Compensation:
FT, salaried position (Base + commission+ auto allowance)
