Canvasser / Lead Generator – Kore Roofing

Overview
Are you ready to take on an exciting sales-track role with Arizona’s fastest-growing roofing company? We’re hiring Canvassers / Lead Generators to join the Kore Roofing team.
This role is more than knocking on doors — it’s where many of our sales leaders begin their careers. If you’ve worked in hospitality, customer service, retail, or even the military, you already have the people skills we’re looking for.
You’ll be out in neighborhoods connecting with homeowners, building trust, and setting appointments for our sales representatives. If you’re positive, motivated, and ready for growth, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Approach homeowners with confidence, build rapport, and identify roofing needs.
- Product Knowledge & Communication: Clearly explain Kore Roofing’s services and the value of working with a trusted local brand.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with our sales team and office staff to schedule high-quality appointments.
- Customer Service: Deliver a friendly, consultative first impression that reflects the Kore Difference.
- Resilience & Drive: Handle rejection with professionalism and stay motivated in a performance-driven role.
Qualifications:
- Prior canvassing or sales experience is a plus.
- Customer-facing experience (service, retail, hospitality, etc.) required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in both team and independent settings.
- Reliable transportation to the office.
Compensation
$25/hr base pay plus percentage commission on leads that convert to sales.

Ability to Commute to office once a week for a short meeting, marketing materials pickup, and to the locations marketing materials will be handed out to.
