Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our Canvassing Crew Sales Team! As a Canvassing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers in their neighborhoods, generating leads, and closing sales for Sky’s the Limit Solar. This role is perfect for energetic individuals who enjoy face-to-face interactions, are goal-driven, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Canvass assigned residential to generate leads and promote company products/services.
Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Educate prospects on the benefits of our products/services and answer any questions.
Schedule follow-up appointments or close sales on the spot, depending on the campaign.
Work with the sales team to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
Accurately record customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive mindset.
Ability to work outdoors and be on your feet for extended periods.
Comfortable with door-to-door sales and speaking with strangers.
Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Reliable transportation to assigned canvassing locations.
