Growing construction staffing agency is seeking an experienced sales representative with strong local connections in the Phoenix construction market.
This is NOT entry level. We are looking for someone who already has relationships with General Contractors and licensed trades (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.).
Requirements:
5+ years construction sales experience
Existing contacts with Phoenix-area GCs and licensed trades
Strong understanding of construction staffing and workforce needs
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Proven ability to close and maintain client relationships
Duties:
Bring in new GC and construction clients
Leverage your existing network to generate business
Match client needs with skilled trade labor
Build long-term client relationships
Compensation:
Base pay + commission (DOE)
High earning potential for proven producers
Location: Phoenix Metro and surrounding area in Arizona
