Busy Mesa based window tinting company is currently hiring a Customer Service/ Customer Sales/ Office Assistant, for our Automotive shop.
We will train the right person who is willing to follow directions and wants to learn. This is a fast paced environment so the person must be upbeat and energetic. Applicant must possess a good work ethic, be willing to work 5 or 6 days a week, be respectful, honest, and reliable. Punctuality and not missing work are an absolute necessity.
Must have basic computer skills, excellent people skills and be likable and physically capable to do the work. The candidate must be alert, teachable and coachable.
Job starts at $15 per hour, with bonuses available for; sales, impact, and work performance. After working for us for a year a 1 week vacation is paid, and after 60 days all U.S. holidays are paid off.
We have no problem paying more than $15 per hour to the person that fits the job and over performs!
There is potential to move towards a General Manager position paying $50,000 and up.
