$50/hr base pay.
Weekly gas stipend.
Generous PTO after 30 days.
Commission for each approval.

Your job would be knocking doors in higher net-worth 55+ communities offering free, on the spot roofing inspections in aging neighborhoods.
We do roofing repairs, not new roofs. Our goal is to protect homeowners from premature and predatory roofing sales by only doing the repairs they need and extending the life of their roof.
If you've ever knocked doors for appointment setting, canvassing, or sales, this job will be easy. The homeowners in these communities are generally pleasant, friendly, and the worst we've ever received in terms of rejection is a "no thanks". Many are actually grateful we're there doing inspections for free.
No sales involved, no pressure, no getting up on roofs. Your goal would just be introducing our company, letting them know why they're seeing our guys up on the neighbors roofs, and offer to have one of our inspectors do a free inspection for them while we're already there.
If you have a friendly demeanor, can hold a conversation, and build rapport with 55+ individuals, you'll do well.
No evenings or weekends.
Flexible daytime hours with both part-time or full-time available.
Related experience preferred but we'll train the right person.
