The ability to develop relationships and communicate effectively regardless of audience are the key factors to success in this position. We are looking for confident, professional, and diligent communicators that will ensure that key decision makers receive the benefit education they need in order to make great decisions for their company, employees, and the families of their employees.
Expectation of Agency Representative:
- Meet with business owners and human resource managers to provide benefit education and develop lasting partnerships
- Deliver benefit education in a manner that is consistent with our core values
- Partner with businesses to improve corporate benefit programs and educate employees on important benefit decisions
