Kramer & Kramer is a dual company, we have two businesses under our name, one for Legal Document Preparation and the other for Retirement Services and Investments.

As our sales agent you will be executing financial intake/planning meetings, helping our clients navigate through Retirement Spending and build a suitable portfolio for their retirement needs consisting of trusts, annuities, Long term care and life insurance.

As our Estate Planning firm expresses the need to keep growing we will be hiring several new sales agents for new locations.

Our clientele is showing a huge increase and we need licensed insurance agents that are licensed for Health and Life and have an insurance, annuity, investment advisor or wealth management background.

IN PERSON SALES AND JOB ONLY - NO REMOTE AVAILABLE!

WHO: Ideal Candidate must be insurance - Life & Health - licensed in order to sell annuity/Insurance products. We will train on our workflow and pitch that has successfully placed up in the top sales agencies in the country; but experience in estate planning, sales, insurance, trusts, wills, probate is very helpful. WE WILL TRAIN QUAILIFIED SALES AGENTS!

Qualifications:

Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields

Licensed in Arizona for Health and Life insurance sales

Knowledgeable about various annuity, life insurance and long-term products Knowledgeable about Estate Planning, Probate, Trusts, Wills, asset protection, transfer of wealth

Current E&O insurance

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to build rapport with clients & their families

Strong sales, customer service & negotiation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Must love working with families.

Should be interested in opportunity for growth

Must be able to connect with clients and their families

Responsibilities:

Run Intake and Discovery appointments to determine Estate Planning Needs

Run Estate Review appointments

Present and sell insurance policies such as Annuities, Life Insurance, IUL's and Long-term care to new and existing clients

Develop and calculate suitable estate plans based on clients' needs & families

Resolve client inquiries and customer service questions

Expand business reach through networking techniques

Comply with insurance standards and regulations

Monitor accounts for annual review

Process applications and documents

Must genuinely want to help take care of our clients and be concerned with their situations and really want to help them transfer their estates in the best manner possible

Customer Service, follow up appointments and calls

Knowledgeable about various annuity, life insurance and long-term products

Knowledgeable about Estate Planning, Probate, Trusts, Wills, asset protection, transfer of wealth

Professional appearance

Good at following up with clients so leads don't go cold.

Pay: $58,559.00 - $300,000.00 per year
