Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing firm, is seeking an experienced and proactive Estimator for one of our highly reputable clients in the roofing industry, located in Phoenix, AZ. Our client is recognized for their strong presence and commitment to excellence within the industry.
Salary: $90K Annually
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts.
Handle incoming leads and support internal marketing efforts.
Contribute to the achievement of overall sales targets.
Expand the customer base in alignment with set goals.
Inspect customer roofs, providing detailed and timely inspection reports.
Create and maintain digital job files with all estimating documents.
Import roof drawings into estimating software for accurate calculations.
Generate professional proposals using Word and send them to customers via email.
Track bids and follow up using a CRM tool to maintain an active pipeline.
Ensure all business activities comply with established policies and procedures.
Uphold and embody the company’s values in every aspect of work.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in roofing (preferred).
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and auto insurance.
Experience in construction and commercial roofing (preferred).
