Through our flagship Advanced Rooftop Controls (ARC) program, we provide commercial facilities, schools, and large organizations with HVAC upgrades that are often 80–85% funded by local utilities. These upgrades include:

Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) to cut blower fan amp draw and energy costs.

Economizer repairs/installations to leverage outside air for cooling instead of compressors.

Energy Management Systems (EMS) to optimize schedules, temperature setbacks, and economizer controls.

With our sister company e2o Mechanical handling installation, our clients enjoy a turnkey solution—from consultation to implementation to training.

Why This Role Matters

Utilities are under pressure to reduce grid demand without building new power plants. Incentive programs like ARC are designed to shift energy savings directly to customers. As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in helping schools and businesses access these savings at little to no upfront cost.

This is more than a sales job—it’s an opportunity to help organizations cut expenses, modernize their buildings, and make a measurable impact on sustainability.

What You’ll Do

Identify and engage prospects such as schools, assisted-living facilities, and commercial property managers.

Present ARC solutions in a consultative, value-driven way.

Educate clients on how utility incentives fund the majority of costs.

Coordinate site evaluations and equipment inventories with our technical team.

Develop and deliver proposals that highlight savings, incentives, and ROI.

Guide customers through the process, from application to installation to training.

Build long-term relationships for future service opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

Proven B2B sales experience (HVAC, energy services, facility management, or related fields preferred).

A strong communicator who can simplify technical concepts for non-technical decision-makers.

Comfortable calling on and presenting to executives, administrators, and facility managers.

Self-driven, organized, and able to manage a sales pipeline effectively.

Passionate about energy efficiency, sustainability, and innovative solutions.
