Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Window and Door Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of window and door products, and a proven track record of success in a sales role.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Educate customers about our products, including features, benefits, and options available.
Conduct on-site visits and consultations to assess customers' requirements and provide recommendations.
Prepare and present proposals and quotes to customers, outlining product specifications and pricing.
Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams, including installation crews and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery and satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and other industry-related gatherings to promote our products and services and expand the customer base.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the window and door industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong technical knowledge of window and door products, materials, and installation methods.
Ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
