Phoenix Fence Company, one of Arizona's oldest and largest fencing / gate automation companies, is seeking a high energy, highly organized self-starter to fill the position of Industrial Estimator. In this role, you will be tasked with the following duties:
Duties:
Estimating projects based on plan takeoff or on directions received from customer
Prepare bid / proposal for customer
Follow up with customer after project is bid
Fill out forms accurately to ensure crews have complete information to install projects correctly
Monitor project through construction phase and insure any changes are properly handled.
Key Qualifications
Ability to work accurately and at a fast pace
Exceptional customer service skills
Previous specialty construction experience a plus but willing to train the right person
Ability to accurately read and interrupt printed and electronic plans a must
Ability to track multiple projects at one time
Strong computer skills.
Well organized and detail oriented
