Currently seeking an experienced, motivated and driven individual to join my team as an Indoor/Outdoor Sales Representative for my flooring business. You must have the ability to effectively communicate with our customers to educate them about our products, determine their needs / desires and help them design / select the best flooring for their home. Must possess a positive can-do attitude, be detail oriented with a focus on customer service and have the ability and desire to learn our vast product lines.
Responsibilities:
Sell, Sell, Sell, Sell
Presenting, selling and designing with customers in our showroom with the objective of obtaining an in home customer consultation while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
Presenting in customer homes, negotiating and closing sales for flooring materials and/or installation.
Generate new business by searching for leads and customer through cold calling, networking and out reach initiatives.
Full sales cycle (In store consultation, at home measure, close, deposit, materials order, scheduling, installation, follow-up after installation and final payment).
Requirements:
Knowledge of tile, carpet, hardwood, vinyl/laminate flooring, presenting, measuring, estimating and closing flooring projects.
Experience generating leads along with creating sales strategies.
Must have excellent communication, relationship and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively with little or no supervision.
Extremely strong organizational and time management skills.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to pick up, move and handle flooring samples.
Pay: Commission Based taking home 35% of profit. NO commission cap, so the more YOU sell, the more money YOU make.
Full time position.
