Need a Salesperson who knows how to give a great pitch. You win when the customer wins. We need someone who is great, not just good. Even though all sales people think they are good, they are not. Most our lousy. You have to be able to read people, and really care about helping them. We are not looking for a lazy person, who thinks they can sell anyone. We are looking for someone who is always tops on the sales floor. We need someone who is a natural closer, because they are so charming. We need someone who is articulate on the phone too. The salesperson who we are looking for has "to know" what it takes to make a sale. Not to do the minimum amount of work to get lucky and sell one out of five customers. We need someone who can sell three to four out of five customers. Previous Sales Trainers always seem to be the best salesperson's for our company.
