As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their air
conditioning needs. Your role is vital to ensuring customer satisfaction, and we are looking for someone with strong
communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule service appointments and follow up on customer requests in a timely manner.
Provide support to the sales and service teams by relaying customer information and ensuring smooth
communication.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including appointments and service details, in our CRM system.
Requirements:
Proven experience working in a HVAC call center or HVAC customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with air conditioning services or willingness to learn.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
