Responsibilities :
: Answering inbound calls from individuals struggling with debts and financial hardships.
: Explaining the benefits of debt resolution and how it can help clients regain control of their finances.
: Building rapport and trust with potential clients through effective communication and active listening.
: Conducting thorough financial assessments to understand client's debt situations and develop personalized
solutions.
: Guiding clients through the debt resolution process and providing ongoing support and assistance.
: Meeting sales targets and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress.
Qualifications :
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
: Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
: Average or better typing and computer skills.
: Empathy and the ability to understand client's financial challenges.
: Resilience and the ability to handle objections and rejection.
: Self-motivated and target driven mindset.
: Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
: Basic knowledge of financial concepts and debt regulations.
