Well established pool and landscape contractor looking for a sales designer to join our sales team. Requires previous sales experience in the pool/landscape industry and design experience is a huge plus. This is not a cold call position. We provide all leads to our sales team and our commission structure is well above the local industry average.
Experience Required:
Pool and landscape industry experience
Knowledge of pool construction processes
Knowledge of hardscapes (pavers, concrete, etc.)
Knowledge of irrigation systems, local trees/plants, and low voltage lighting systems
Great customer service skills
Dedication to follow up and communication
Other Requirements:
Dependable vehicle
Cell phone
Laptop with gaming capability (for the design program we use)
Presentable appearance
Good communication skills
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate. The position is commission based but does report to our office and has direct communication with the owner and our office manager.
