The purpose of Mother Road Brewing Company is to brew distinguished beers and build community one pint at a time. We seek a Key Account Manager based in Phoenix, AZ to help us share the Mother Road story with existing and prospective chain accounts in Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, and beyond.
Key Account Managers at Mother Road are to be the preferred business partner for select on and off chain accounts across Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico. Job responsibilities include:
-Maintaining buyer relationships in national and local chain accounts
-Working closely with Key Account Managers at the distributor level
-Developing programs and ad features
-Developing and presenting new item submissions
-Collaborating with Chief Sales Officer to establish pricing

Want to travel with us? This position calls to someone who excels in a competitive environment, enjoys building relationships, is reliable, can navigate complex social situations, thrives with independent goal-oriented work, and is passionate about craft beer. Love of food, travel, the outdoors, history, and the Southwest are a candidate bonus. A qualified candidate will have 2 years of experience managing national/local chain accounts and be able to confidently manage and negotiate retail programming. The winning candidate will demonstrate A-player performance in previous roles, and Mother Road cultural add.
A FULL TANK OF GAS
This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits. The salary range is $75,000-$85,000.
