We are seeking a qualified trailer parts salesperson and warranty manager. FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE
We are looking for someone who can sell and push parts to customers who have purchased a trailer from our sales team!
This is a full-time position for parts sales. You will assist with parts sales and work with the service staff. You’ll be working beside our service and parts manager, who will help you with the daily tasks he assigns. You must work efficiently, have a great work ethic with a positive attitude, and demonstrate a high sense of urgency to satisfy our customers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Completion of work orders, clear communication, diagnosis of trailer repair needs, including required parts and accurate labor time estimates.
Accurately and efficiently using a computer to receive and sell parts.
Make the customer aware of the applications he will need with his trailer so he is successful hauling down the road, using his trailer, and comfortable with the fact that he’s theft-free.
Taking the Initiative to develop a skill set to become proficient in diagnosing and repairing unfamiliar units or equipment.
Conducting pre-delivery service on new and used trailers to ensure excellent working orders for the customer.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment and equipment on an ongoing basis, as needed and as directed by the lot manager.
Able to assist in parts sales and maintaining adequate levels of parts inventory
Performing any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Valid AZ driver's license
High school diploma
Familiarity with sales
Must be able to read and write in English
Ability to lift 100 lbs.
Ability to use a computer
Primary functions require sales but sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in a mechanic shop environment. Some time may be devoted to working with the mechanics, but it is unnecessary to complete any jobs.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
