We make our own mattresses: Natural, Organic Latex Mattresses. We have 3 different models on the floor, each on display in 4 different firmnesses. Professional Mattress Experience is a MUST.
We only get about 3 customers a day. Two over the Phone, and one in the store. Our hours are 10-5 Monday thru Saturday, and Sun 12 to 4. We expect a full sales pitch on the phone and in the store. We are looking to hire someone who will know each of our 3 models backwards and forwards.
Selling is a Value Proposition; and we NEED a salesperson who knows how to "increase the value" of the product to make the sale. Selling is not easy. We need someone who takes their craft seriously and knows what a Value Proposition is. (making the product worth more than the sale price).

We also have (underneath our mattresses) the best selection of 3 motor fully electric high low adjustable beds - all on display. These adjustable beds allow someone to make their mattress into the most comfortable recliner lounger in the world!
Each sale is "hard" and takes Work. Today, we sell about 2 to 3 out of five of each customer that comes to our store.
