Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and timelines.
Innovative Design: Utilize Pool Studios design software to craft custom pool designs, incorporating hardscaping, landscaping, lighting, fire, and water features.
Tailored Solutions: Develop designs that align with property dimensions, soil conditions, access, and topography, ensuring each project is unique.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations highlighting the transformational impact of your designs on outdoor living spaces.
Project Management: Accurately measure project areas and provide detailed cost estimations. Maintain client relationships throughout the sales and construction process.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with the construction team to ensure seamless implementation of design plans.
Industry Insight: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to enhance design proposals and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience in pool and landscape sales and design.
Proficiency in Pool Studios design software.
Strong understanding of pool design principles and construction techniques.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Independent and team-oriented work style.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive base salary during training, followed by uncapped commission opportunities.
Minimum first-year earning potential of $100K, with top performers earning over $200K.
