We help investors find great fixer-upper properties and connect sellers with the right buyers. No experience in real estate? No problem! This position is open to local residents of Phoenix, Arizona
JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role, you'll be negotiating property deals and staying in close contact with investors and sellers through calls, texts, and emails to get the best prices and terms. WORK SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM

Sales experience
Basic computer skills

Establish and nurture client relationships
Negotiate prices for properties
Conduct daily property assessments
Reach weekly and monthly sales goals
Achieve daily KPIs for ongoing success

PAY STRUCTURE
Twelve weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour plus any commissions earned. Upon completion of training, the base pay is changed to $14.60 per hour, against commission; whichever is greater. Our top reps earn anywhere between $5,000 and $12,000 each month in commissions.
