Duties
Respond promptly to inbound leads (phone, email, web inquiring
Qualify customers and provide detailed moving estimates.
Close sales and schedule moving service
Maintain accurate record moving services
Communicate with operations team to ensure successful moves
Upsell additional services (packing, storage, etc)
Skills
No experience in sales ( moving industry and experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Highly organized and self- motivated
Comfortable working with technology (CRM, quoting systems)
Positive, customer-focused attitude
Bilingual (optional but a big plus)
Effective account management skills that promote customer loyalty and retention.
