Sales and Client Relations for a well-respected, nationally known, established small business in the mental health sector. We are seeking someone who is authentic, honest, and kind, and this will be reflected in calls to our clients and potential clients.
This part-time position has strong earning potential and a flexible schedule. We offer a guaranteed hourly rate of $22 plus a percentage of each sale to a new university account (typically $100 to $1000 per completed sale). Given our creditability in the industry, our products often sell themselves if the school has funding.
If choosing to work part of the hours remotely, you MUST have a very quiet work environment
Responsibilities:
Developing new sales opportunities with universities and mental health professionals
Cold calls for new clients and calls to current clients to support the relationship
Tracking account targets
Establishing good rapport with potential clients
Managing accounts for long-term success
Manage complete sales cycle, lead qualification, demonstrations, quoting, and closing
Provide solutions to our customers’ needs by becoming a subject matter expert on our products
Work closely with the CEO
Qualifications:
Proven track record with at least two years of experience in cold calls, appointment setting, and client relationship management
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Social Work from an accredited college and university preferred
Ambition and strong work ethic
Well-spoken and professional
Ability to conduct need assessments, create solutions, and articulate findings
Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and Excel
Willingness to learn new software programs
Willingness to take on supportive roles, such as assistance with social media to promote sales
Strong references and employment history
Background check required
