We are looking for a hard working Sales Professional to come aboard our growing dealership. We have very low turn around in our Sales team and we attribute that to our great pay plan, amazing hours, and good location. We have been open for over 4 years but our owner has owned other successful dealerships here in the Valley and has over 40 years experience in the industry.
We are located off the Arizona Ave and Knox It's a very busy intersection.
We are also looking for a Finance Manager, Mechanics, etc
We just moved to this location after being in Tempe for 4 years. We are Tempe Auto Plaza 101 but are now doing business as Automart Superstore.

We are willing to train the right person if they are hungry and willing to work. Experience is a huge plus, but we are open to hiring someone that does not.
We need someone that is motivated and is familiar with Social Media and self promotion.
We have advertising handled in house with CarGurus, Carfax, Autotrader, TrueCar, etc etc
But our Sales Team have seen a lot of their deals simply from Offerup and Facebook Marketplace
We also have over 40 credit unions at our disposal and great secondary banks that buy very deep.
We have 2 Salesman currently and we sell anywhere between 25-40 cars a month. Our inventory is growing and we will need a motivated salesperson to come in and get us to the next level.
Starting commission rate will be 25 % of front end gross and 5% of back end gross
Percentage goes up at 13 units sold to 30% and 10%
Minis are $200 (A mini is the least amount you can make on a sale)
Pay days are the 5th and 20th of each month.
Funded/delivered deals that are sold from the 1st to the 15th will be paid on the 20th and your deals from the 16th to the 31st will be paid on the 5th of the following month.
Our top sales person made over $11,000 in December. And during the short month of February our top producer made over $7k while we were moving.
A Spanish Speaker is a huge plus as we have a lot of Spanish Speaking Customers
We are a family-owned dealer and we are looking to add the next piece in getting up to 50 - 60 cars a month
2 days off a week and we close at 7:00 currently. You are welcome to work more if you want.
Must be comfortable with computers. Must be a team player.
Requirements: Dress code is casual, but you must look presentable. Punctuality is a must. There are only 2 salespeople so you will have a good amount of leads from our advertisers but our SalesPeople that make the most money are the ones that also post vehicles on their personal Facebook Marketplace, Offerup, and Craigslist.
