About the Position:
Join our team as a Sales Representative and take charge of building and managing your own lead base to drive sales success. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for servicing existing accounts, securing orders, and establishing new business relationships, specializing in outbound Business-to-Business (B2B) sales conducted over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture a personal lead base for effective sales generation.
Service and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
Secure orders and actively establish new business connections.
Specialize in outbound B2B sales entirely over the phone.
Utilize our existing lead base for targeted outreach.
Focus on strategically closing deals to contribute to overall sales objectives.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 3:30 pm (9:00 am - 4:00 pm during Daylight Savings Time)
1-hour lunch break
Compensation:
$20 per hour PLUS 5% uncapped commission
Average representative earns about $100,000 annually / $2,000 weekly after commissions and bonuses

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, with a focus on physical product sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding expectations.
