Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential customers through direct sales, marketing, and in-store engagements at major retail locations.
Assess customer needs and tailor solar solutions that best fit their energy requirements and budget.
Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Guide clients through the solar purchasing process, from initial consultation to installation, ensuring a smooth experience.
Maintain strong relationships with customers for future sales opportunities and referrals.
Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on solar industry trends, products, and technologies.

Qualifications:
Preferred (but not required):
Previous experience in residential solar sales or a related field.
Proven track record in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
