I am currently interviewing for introductory and experienced door to door appointment setting for solar and home efficiency upgrades.
Most homeowners are burnt out from hearing about solar only but with the added benefit of efficiency upgrades, most homeowners are in need of something: A/C, insulation, water heater etc. Not just shoving solar down their throat.
We have a very unique pitch and process and offer paid training over the course of a month. So you will be an expert and get paid to become one, or we can just refresh your current skills at the doors and put you in a better financial position.
Pay structure during and after training is a split model. That means that you set the appointment and split the commission with the sales agent. So you make salesman money without having to sale, plus paid training.
We meet at the office which is off of 40th st and Baseline at 2 or 2:30 M-F and are on the doors around 3:30 wrapping everything up 7:30ish.
