You must have walk in tub sales skill sets from your previous experience selling Safe Step, American Standard, Kohler, Ellas, ETC
Sales basic training will not be provided. We are not looking for trainees.You must be a pro and paid your dues somewhere else.
Maybe you can train another sales person eventually and
take an over ride. Maybe a team of 3 eventually. Maybe you know an interested sales person to work under you, or a licensed installer to recommend.
We want to scale this company over the next 2 years in Maricopa County, which is one of best walk in tub markets in the country.
Top pay to get the top guy. The projection is you get 13 scheduled appointments a week and you close with a 20% closing rate (minimum) = 10 sales a month (minimum) . Target price per install is $17,500 if you sell higher you get bonus on everything over sales target.
We will negotiate the bonus program. Projected sales commission is $17,500 per month on 10 sales (10% for each sale) . Personally I think it will wear you out, but it is a decent amount of commission to get our newest company off the ground
