We are looking for an experienced, certified personal trainer to join our team! The ideal candidate has a passion for fitness, a strong understanding of human anatomy, and experience working with clients of all fitness levels and ages. This role primarily involves one-on-one training, with occasional responsibilities to lead strength training classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized one-on-one training sessions, providing modifications as needed based on each client's fitness level, age, and physical abilities.
- Lead strength training classes as needed.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of anatomy, exercise science, and movement modifications to ensure safe and effective workouts.
- Build rapport and motivate clients, helping them reach their fitness goals while promoting a positive, empowering environment.
- Assess client progress regularly, providing feedback, encouragement, and adjustments to programs as needed.
- Part time with potential for full time depending on trainer
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a personal trainer.
- Certification: Current personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, or similar).
- CPR Certification: Must hold a current CPR/AED certification.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work with all ages and fitness levels, strong knowledge of anatomy, and the ability to modify movements safely and effectively.
