SLComputers is looking for two FULL TIME IT Tech to start immediately.
-Must be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast paced and challenging environment. Must be able to work on weekends

-2+ years working in IT or Help Desk environment
-2+ years experience working with Microsoft Office 365 and/or Exchange.
-Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets
-Ability to multitask and meet deadlines - PC skills experience desired
-Imaging experience - Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions For immediate consideration
-General understanding of Windows and MAC Operating Systems Linux is a plus
-Expertise in PC desktop/workstations - Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
-Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications - -Hardware software installation experience.
-General troubleshooting knowledge required Active Directory knowledge strongly preferred
-IT support ticketing system experience highly valued - Basic networking concepts - Strong problem-solving skills
-Skilled in network design and implementation strategies
-Experience supporting network equipment, as well as knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN - Expert knowledge of routing/switching and firewall configuration - Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
-An understanding of networking such as switching and routing is preferred - Foundational and working knowledge in CAT5/CAT6 cabling - Proven knowledge of PC and networking skills
-Understanding of networking such as switching and routing - Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions - Proven -flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
-Assist in preparing, maintaining, and upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring PC performance
-Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments - Willing to travel
-Accurately document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal
-Strategies and capacity planning for meeting future computer hardware needs
-Support development and implementation of new computer projects and new hardware installations.

Base Wage $13-$16/Hr DOE
