Growing automotive repair shop looking for "A" level mechanic/technician. We have an excellent customer base with 100+ 5 star Google reviews. Servicing mainly Asian and Domestic vehicles. Currently not servicing European or Diesel vehicles. Small shop feel with potential for advancement and growth. Hiring for late April/early May
Location:
Near Falcon Field/Boeing in Mesa.
Hours of operation:
Monday-Friday 8-5pm
NO WEEKENDS, NO MAJOR HOLIDAYS

Requirements:
Ability to inspect vehicles thoroughly, submit inspections electronically with photos, list parts needed for repair
Clean driving record
Test drive vehicles for quality assurance
5+ years of flat rate experience
Basic/advanced tool set with tool box
Maintain clean and organized workspace (personal workspace, tools, etc.)
"Fix it right the first time" mindset
Knowledge and experience with Asian and Domestic vehicles
Must meet physical demands of position
Adaptable personality
Problem solving skills
Self-starter
Diagnostic abilities a must
High attention to detail and quality is a must
Dealer certifications and ASE's not required but a plus

6000 sq/ft
New dual evap cooled warehouse
Multiple personal fans and moveable evap coolers available for summer use
Not in direct sunlight during afternoon hours
Epoxy floors
2 post lifts (4)
Alignment rack (1)
Room for growth (additional space for 2 more lifts)
Large air compressor and hoses/reels run throughout the shop with line driers
Shop equipment such as presses, vices, workbenches, grinders, exhaust vents, and specialty tools.
