Job Description
Job Summary
The A&P Aircraft Mechanic III will ensure that all work is accomplished in accordance with current FAA-approved technical data. This role requires adherence to quality maintenance standards in compliance with the Repair Station Manual/Quality Control Manual (RSM/QCM) and other applicable technical manuals and regulatory guidance materials.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This is a safety-sensitive position and subject to pre-employment and random DOT drug and alcohol testing.
- Review work assigned, obtain tools/parts, and complete jobs on time without sacrificing quality or safety.
- Accurately complete and sign off routine, non-routine, and customer-requested work cards.
- Verify calibrated tooling is current and properly logged.
- Maintain compliance with environmental health and safety policies.
- Perform work in accordance with approved FAA data.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Return work to service as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Airframe and Powerplant Certificate required.
- 3-10 years of experience.
- Large commercial aircraft experience preferred.
- Must pass background checks, credential verifications, and DOT drug testing.
- Airport-issued badge (SIDA, AOA, etc.) may be required depending on location.

Work Environment

Physical Requirements

- Normal or corrected vision and hearing required.
