Are you an experienced cleaner looking for consistent work? We’re a fast-growing cleaning company and a property management company specializing in Airbnb turnovers, and we're looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team!
What We’re Looking For:
Cleaning Experience: Must have previous cleaning experience, preferably in vacation rentals or hospitality.
Reliable Cleaning Supplies: You need to have your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable car to travel to properties.
Insurance: Must carry insurance for cleaning services (1099 contract work).
Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare Airbnb properties between guest stays.
Ensure properties are spotless and ready for new guests.
Follow detailed cleaning checklists to maintain high standards.
Handle all aspects of cleaning: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom sanitation, etc.
Job Details:
Type: 1099 (Independent Contractor)
Compensation: $25-$35 per hour, depending on the job and property size.
Location: We mostly clean in the East Valley, but we also cater to Central and properties all over the Valley.
