APPLIANCE MGR. FOR COMMERCIAL DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION - SOLUTIONS FOR APT/CONDO CONSTRUCTION BUILDERS
Professional licensed and insured appliance delivery & installation services seeks Manager/Delivery and Lead Installer to:
Manage end-to-end delivery and installation operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and safe execution.
Daily production averages about 6 to 8 units a day - about 50 pcs that need to be moved up multiple flights of stairs to construction sites. Usually 3 to 4 floors. Must be fit for this type of production.
-Seeking Expert Installer with leadership qualities to manage 2 to 3 teams (teams of 2-installer and helper), to be Point-of-Contact to our
Client/Inspector, to Train mid-level appliance installers with direction and guidance.
-Oversee full operation which included adhering to our clients specific installation standards and verification of completed jobs.
-Must be Lead Installer on a route as part of on-the-job training.
-Meet your project timeline and coordinate with other trades at the construction site.
-Delivery: Appliances are brought to the job site.
-Unpacking & Staging: Products are unpacked, moved to their installation location, and assembled.
-Connection: New appliances are connected to existing home utilities.
-Testing: Appliances are tested to ensure they are level, aligned, and functioning correctly.
-Site Cleanup: The installation area is restored to a clean, broom-swept condition.
-Product Inspection: The team visually inspects the appliances for any damage.
Box truck is provided
Must have own tools and senior level experience with production installation for (dryer/washer, dishwashers, hoods, oven ranges, refrigerators, microwaves.
