We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Automotive Service/Advisor Writer to join our team. As an Automotive Service/Advisor Writer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content related to automotive services, repairs, and maintenance. Your work will help educate and guide our audience, ensuring they have the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their vehicles.
MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH WORKING CCC OR MITCHELL ESTIMATE WRITER
Greeting customers and directing them to an available tech
Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered in place of expensive repairs
Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary
Informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections
Assisting customer with deciding to fix their car through the shop
Overseeing and managing scheduling and workflow
Informing clients of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up
Monday Through Friday 8 AM- 5 PM
