Skills required;
Hammer dolly (metal work)
Panel replacement
Mixing fillers (glaze, fiberglass, bondo, etc)
Spreading, shaping and finishing filler
disassembly and reassembly of vehicles
long block and detail sanding
masking vehicles
paint prep
spraying primer
Cut and buff
There's room for growth for the right candidates.
We will not babysit so you have to be self motivated and accountable for your time and work ethic. If you can’t do the job that’s ok, don’t waste my time or yours. Expectations are high but the payoff is high as well.
Pay depends on experience.
Schedule is 4 ten hour shifts. 600AM-430 PM Monday through Thursday, no the schedule won’t change for you.
