We are a small, full-circle automotive enhancement company in Phoenix, AZ looking for a films installer for window tint, PPF, and sometimes vinyl. We offer an array of tailored automotive services in the areas of Appearance Restyling, Performance Enhancements, General Service & Repair.

-Pay: $20.54 - $28.00 per hour
-Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
-PTO, Sick Time, Paid Holidays for full-time employees

-With outstanding performance and as business needs evolve, this part-time position does have potential to become a full-time position.
Daily Expectations
-Daily meetings where we assign work and develop a plan.
-Communicate directly with management & the team so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
-Log notes in Client Management System.
-Our work mix is primarily color-change, PPF, window film, light commercial, by appointment only.
-Greet clients when you see them and aid in advising them on their designs when necessary.
-Must be self-driven and have a genuine curiosity for learning the full scope of automotive care, including basic mechanics, aftermarket restyling, custom parts, window tint, vinyl wrap, etc. as our team sometimes receives cross-training across all divisions of the shop; Appearance, Performance, Service.
Daily Responsibilities
-Measuring, cutting, installing window tint, paint protection film in a timely manner.
-Proper cleaning and preparation of vehicle surfaces before applying film.
-Carefully remove and reinstall vehicle parts like door handles, side mirrors, etc. for a seamless application.
-Double check quality of work with the highest expectation and attention to detail. Especially as it pertains to contaminants, edges, and cut lines.
-Handle materials with care and troubleshoot any errors or imperfections during the install process.
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
-Utilize shop software systems to verify job information, document progress during and after each job.
Job Requirements:
-2+ years of film installation and removal experience required (i.e. experience with one or a combination of: window tint, vinyl wrap, paint protection film)
-2+ years of customer service experience
-Must be highly driven and conduct yourself responsibly with autonomy
-Must be innovative and enthusiastic team player with a “can-do” attitude
-Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
-Film or other automotive certification is a plus
-Valid driver’s license
-Must be able to operate a manual transmission
-Basic computer skills (email, Google Drive, MS Office)
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
-Ability to prioritize workflow so as to keep on pace with project deadlines
-Must have sharp attention to detail
-Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Schedule:
4-8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
No nights
No weekends
Experience:
Window tinting: 2 years
Paint Protection Film: 2 years
Vinyl Wrap Film: 2 years (Preferred)
