Job Description:
As a Cabinet Finisher, you will be responsible for applying stains, paints, and finishes to custom cabinetry with attention to detail and craftsmanship. You’ll ensure every piece meets our high-quality standards in both appearance and durability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mix and apply stains, paints, and topcoats to achieve precise colors and finishes.
- Utilize Kremlin paint guns and other tools for high-quality, smooth finishes.
- Ensure all finished cabinets are free of imperfections and meet our cleanliness standards.
- Sand, buff, and polish as necessary to produce flawless results.
- Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cabinet finisher or in a related field.
- Strong understanding of color mixing and matching.
- Experience with Kremlin paint guns is required.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well in a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain quality under pressure.
